Summer of eLearning Technology Expo

To Faculty, Staff, and Administrators:

Coming July 17 & 18…  We R Richmond Tech Expo 2!

As part of the Indiana Department of Education’s eLearning Division, and as part of the Summer of eLearning Summer Conferences, Richmond Community Schools’ Technology Department has been awarded a grant to host a FREE two-day eLearning and Technology Expo on July 17 and 18. The event will be held at Richmond High School.

The theme for this year’s event is “Transforming Traditional Curriculum To Digital Platforms”. As more and more of our teachers instruct with digital tools (SmartBoards, iPads, document cameras, and the like), the need to create, archive, curate, and publish digital content is growing. Our expo is an opportunity for teachers, staff, and administrators to become more familiar with the fundamentals of digital content, as well as finding out ways to start or continue adding to their digital curriculum offerings.
